We provide not only basic configurations, but can scale this up according to your requirements for example to full cluster deployments for Hyper-V, SQL Server and Exchange Server. We provide a range of assistance with Hardware including:
- Taking the first line call from the customer and making contact with Dell.
- Liaising with Dell and the customer regarding any diagnostics that require running.
- Assisting the customer with the running of diagnostics and downloading of any software from the Dell website.
- Arranging for on-site assistance if necessary
It is important that if a customer does not opt for hardware assistance it is made clear that they must have somebody on site capable of performing the necessary tasks in the event of a hardware failure.
We supply all our hardware with Dell 3 years or 5 Years Pro Support. We will also provide hardware assistance and deal directly with Dell on your behalf. For ageing hardware (outside of manufacture warranty) we can provide hardware maintenance with 4 hour or 8 hour response times to make sure systems are covered to minimize downtime due to hardware failure.
